I have always harbored a somewhat unhealthy love of boots. When I was five, my father bought me a pair of pink cowboy boots, which immediately became my most prized possession. I wore them every day until I outgrew them, and even then couldn’t bear to part with those beautiful shoes.
While pale pink cowboy boots don’t necessarily match my aesthetic anymore, and are perhaps more suited for Joanne-era Lady Gaga, I still appreciate a well-constructed pair of boots, and audibly gasped when I opened these boxes:
Jensen boots by Acne Studios. I love the simplicity of all Acne designs, and Chelsea boots are a staple in any wardrobe.
Clinger booties by Stuart Weitzman. I am always drawn to Weitzman’s stunning silhouettes and beautiful construction.
